If your Fidock drum has a fault due to a defect in the construction or finishing process please contact us for immediate attention. We will replace any drum where the defect is a fault of manufacturing.
Hoops
Fidock steam bent hoops are built to last but in the event that a defect occurs we will examine the problem and replace the hoop if the defect is a manufacturing fault.
Because they are a natural material, Fidock hoops may occasionally need refurbishment, please contact us for further details about our restoration service.
